Pray today 1 & 2

Pray Today is an exciting new resource which enables teachers to provide an act of worship for each day of the school year with little or no preparation required! The format of each act of worship is: • Candle Prayer • Opening Prayer • Reading • Reflection • Response Each week has a theme from the Common Worship Lectionary at its heart. There are also suggested songs for each day and a resources section containing posters to display in a prayer corner. Patricia Ainge has taught in primary schools for many years and knows exactly what is required. She has written Pray Today in a way that makes it adaptable to the needs of each teacher and class in order to keep Scripture relevant to children’s daily lives
